I Would Describe Myself As

By all measures, I've "made it, " but I suddenly realized that while I love and crave time alone, I really want to share my life with someone. I love SIMPLE things; days in my garden, walks along the lake, picnics, hiking, bike rides, Saturdays in small towns, and time with my dog. I also love the arts, culture, and learning. I'm committed to the environment, belong to a co-op, and would love to find a "cause" to which the special person in my life and I would merge forces and make a part of our relationship. I'm getting back to being fit (avg build turned 40!), I'm a bit of a tomboy, and while I'm not the mini-skirt type, you will find me happily in my kitchen in an apron making muffins most Sunday mornings. I love classical music, candlelight, and a glass of wine to end the day. I'm a practicing Catholic who grumbles a lot at Church teachings and politics, but who can't leave the Church, either. Being Catholic is the culture of my family, it is part of who I am, and the more I question, the more I believe.
