I?ve reached a point in my life where I am the most contented I?ve ever been. I?ve still got lots to learn but I?ve got a relationship with myself that I?m happy with. I?m lively and energetic, and can be quite loud, albeit with a smile on my face - I can do the life-and-soul-of-the-party routine, yet also love to be quiet and enjoy a walk in the woods. I enjoy the energy of Church and developing spirituality. I spend a fair amount of time in my holiday home in Scotland, which is really quiet and provides a useful counterpoint to a busy life in the South. I?m an open communicator not afraid to discuss feelings; my interest range is broad, so I have an opinion on most things, which can be stimulating or irritating, depending on your taste. I?m religious about food and I do a lot of cooking; few things make me happier than fine food. I love family life and spend a fair proportion of my time with my children, to whom I?m dedicated but also have a good deal of time on my own. I discovered yoga some years ago, which has helped me considerably and I practice every day. I own a recruitment business based in London, which is established and staffed enough not to need my constant attention, and gives me a good deal of enjoyment in the challenge of growing it. I love music - Jazz, Blues, Rock, 50s-70s R&B and Classical, and I sing the occasional number myself. What I haven?t got; what I?m looking for, and you?ve guessed it of course, is you! You are a kind, positive, honest, fun and sincere woman, who?s hopefully not too selfish, ideally in touch with your spirituality and looking for a genuine friendship and relationship.
