I?ve reached a point in my life where I am the most contented I?ve ever been. I?ve still got lots to learn but I?ve got a relationship with myself that I?m happy with. I?m lively and energetic, and can be quite loud, albeit with a smile on my face - I can do the life-and-soul-of-the-party routine, yet also love to be quiet and enjoy a walk in the woods. I enjoy the energy of Church and developing spirituality. I spend a fair amount of time in my holiday home in Scotland, which is really quiet and provides a useful counterpoint to a busy life in the South. I discovered yoga some years ago, which has helped me considerably and I practice every day. I own a recruitment business based in London, which is established and staffed enough not to need my constant attention, and gives me a good deal of enjoyment in the challenge of growing it.
