I Would Describe Myself As

I am affectionate, kind-hearted, nurturing, sensitive, compassionate and creative .I am shy by nature but warm up quickly. I am easy to talk to and more comfortable 1 on 1 or in a small group than in a large crowd. A sense of humor is important to me, as I love to laugh and be surprised. I am well educated and have a broad array of interests. I love dressing up and going out. My favorite is dancing because I feel alive and energized when the rhythms are blues, R&B, Salsa/Latino, or Reggae. I also appreciate the country ( and all the animals who live there) and feel refreshed after taking a bike ride, walk, run, working in the yard, or completing a house project. I am equally happy to cook a special meal and cuddle up in front of the fireplace or sit on the swing, holding hands and watching the sun set.
I love this time in my life. I am blessed to have children who bring so much joy and energy to each day. I am also a hopeless romantic who desires to share my life with a man who is affectionate, attentive, patient, understanding, responsive, likes to have fun but is responsible when it's time to take care of business, can hold up his end of the conversation, participates equally to keep the relationship alive and interesting, understands that a relationship needs attention in order to thrive, and has no serious emotional baggage. I am a lady and would like a man who knows how to be a gentleman (without being stuffy). I value meaningful conversations and desire a man who can connect on many levels. I am optimistic and positive. I don't spend much time with negative or sarcastic people or those who can't manage their anger. It makes no sense to be a miserable Christian. As Christians, we have hope. And where there is hope, there can be happiness - but, we have to make the choice.
I do not see my life as half over, but rather half to be discovered. I would like to create new memories with a man who has a youthful spirit and would like a relationship that would lift up, stimulate each other and grow together spiritually, emotionally, intellectually, and physically. As a couple, I would like to find something in every day to appreciate together, a way to encourage each other each day, and lots of things in each day that make us laugh
