I Would Describe Myself As

I would say that I am a relatively decent person born of Italian, Catholic, wonderful, late parents. I was gifted with two beautiful daughters and if at times I find myself asking "what is this life about, what is it really all for", I find myself answering that if for nothing else, I am deeply honoured to have known my parents and my children here on earth.

In this age group, one has normally been there, done it, got the T shirt, the Video, etc. Therefore, I have been through an enormous amount in my lifetime. I have lauged and I have cried, I have felt pain and joy and yet I am still learning, still making the wrong choices and making the same mistakes, except this time with a bit more caution.

I have learnt that without communication, we have nothing. How many of us have made that fatal mistake? Simply stopped communicating?

I am strong in character, yet sensitive, exceptionally deep with a very soft heart, at times to my own detriment. I am not in favour of dishonesty, lies, betrayal and disrespect.

I love animals, old folk with all their wisdom, children, people from all walks of life.

I am an avid reader, I enjoy restoring antiques/old furniture, gardening I find therapeutical, I am a soccer fan, enjoy a good drama or light commedy, documentaries are also a must.I write deep poetry. Oh, shopping, we must not forget the shopping. A strong black coffee at the local coffee place is a daily for me. Obviously being Italian I enjoy good old SPAGHETTI/PASTA.Garlic??? yeah, that too.

Candle light dinners, movies on the "big screen" I enjoy as well. I loooove walking through nursaries, perhaps stopping at the tea garden and doing just that, drinking a cup of tea with a slice of cheese cake.

Above all, I love the Lord, I really do. I have a personal relationship with him. I have learnt over the years that there is no other way
