I can hold my own in most conversations. I can act silly, love to laugh and love all animals. I even know when to be quiet since quiet times are refreshing and good for the mind and soul. Been doing Zumba for almost a year so I can dance, started Crossfit so I exercise at least 3-4 times a week. Health and being healthy is important but I am known to pig out once in awhile
