My Idea Of Fun Is

A quiet dinner out in a restaurant with tablecloths with one or several guests, a well-planned trip--long or short-- with my favorite guy, a Sunday afternoon of live theater at one of Pittsbugh's three superb regional theaters with my theater buddy, taking my two grandaughters to the museum or the science center, visiting them in Connecticut, a quiet evening at home, dinner with my guy and great conversation, reading, writing, catching a movie on TV, maybe TCM and early to bed. A nice walk to enjoy the seasons, the afternoon, or the sunset with a delightful companion at my side. Trips to art museums, blockbuster shows, evening art crawls through the lovely Sewickley shops. A hearty laugh with my favorite storyteller. Sunday Mass with my guy. These are the things that make me happy, the icing on the cake, and I suppose my brand of fun, certainly my brand of peace and joy.

A man of faith. An accomplished man who is confident in who he is and where he is going. Someone to be my rock, someone to lean on if necessary.
