Ik beschrijf mezelf als:
I?ve been a single mom for most of my adult life but my youngest child is almost 21 and my role in life is changing. I?m looking forward to the next chapter in my life and all that God has planned for me, whatever that might be.
I have very strong family ties and I cherish my friendships. I like to cook and I enjoy holiday entertaining. I host an annual Mother's Day Brunch and in the fall I co-host an annual wine tour for a group of 25-30 friends. I am physically fit and I work out on a regular basis. I enjoy reading, gardening, theatre, and travel. I enjoy a nice hike through the great outdoors, campfires at the beach, and stargazing. However camping (the part that involves survival in the wilderness) is not on my list of favorites. Call me spoiled but I've just grown accustomed to some of the creature comforts...you know...electricity...indoor plumbing. But I am open to new experiences so long as everyone is having a good time.
God has carried me through some very painful and difficult times and He will always be there for me. My faith is my compass and I know if I stay on course then one day it will guide me home.
