Just a normal, uncomplicated, happy, trustworthy guy looking for a lasting relationship. Kind, caring person with a good (and rather simple!) sense of humour and a great listener. Very easy going, so say my friends and family who are important to me. I have an interesting, professional career that has given me many opportunities and reflects my love of the environment and natural world and an inquisitive mind. I'm active and love being outdoors and am never happier than when I'm walking, whether in mountains and fells or our beautiful countryside and coasts, or pursuing my particular interest in birds. But I enjoy the other finer things in life, whether classical or rock music (my tastes have been described as eclectic, but OK, I do love choral music), exploring interesting places, museums, theatre, travelling, fine wine and good food, and really enjoy good conversation. How great it would be to do these with someone special. It’s difficult to know where to start, but I hope this gives you a good first impression.

Very difficult to define, as are the questions above concerning what I find attractive. I guess people call it chemistry - a combination of things you can really only appreciate on meeting someone. I would like to meet someone of similar interests/outlook on life, someone with a friendly face who is comfortable with themselves, can hold a conversation, is thoughtful and caring.
