I am new to all of this and I need to get out of a rut. Two of my children are at Uni and although they have nearly left home still return for holidays and weekends. They are and always will be my main concern. I am not training for the marathon or go to the gym every night. I do enjoy walking my dog, meeting friends for a coffee and relaxing after a hard day at work. The simple things in life mean the most.
