My model family is the Holy Family of Nazareth. A simple life manifested in the life of Joseph , Mary and Jesus yet full of caring and sharing. Not all comes in material things. My name is Maria Luisa. I am a Filipino. My name given to me by one of my God Miother who is a nun in the name of Sister Mary Claver ( Congregation of the Sisters of the immaculate Heart of Mary), I was baptized 3 days from birth in the 6:00 a.m daily Mass in my own Parish. I was raised in a poor, large family and a very Catholic upbringing. Both of my parents didn’t go to school yet able to send us in a Catholic School. It was a struggle yet I know it’s because of Faith and my parents devotion to the Hily Family guided my parents. My mother called it “Sagrada Pamilya”. I can say that my parents learn a little housekeeping or cleanliness especially my mother when they were taught in the convent to take care of the altar in-line with the Holy Sacraments in the Sacristy and/or convent. My father was a carpenter while my mom being a house wife and tilling the farm. It was not easy yet they made to send us to Catholic schools and high caliber Catholic Universities. I’m here in the US 7 years ago only. I’m a widow of a Veteran. I work at Veterans Health and Medical Center (NA), 57 years old. Searching for a man who values family and a partner to live the Holy Sacraments with Jesus as the 3rd party.
