Getting out doors in the day walking the dog, going to other parts of the lower mainland, hiking on trails or around local lakes, going for a light lunch, or cycling, reward the hard work-out with water and rest and then more work-out. Have a coffee or glass of wine...maybe go to a concert in the evening, or a movie, or visit friends. Fun is spending time with a or a group of friends.

A man with values that are in relation to Christ. A man who is sure of himself to be a flirtatious and humorous. Spontaneity is valued, but sticking to a plan is first then if that is not going to happen it is important to be spontaneous and think of something else.
