I Would Describe Myself As

As of last night at Easter Vigil, I have become a full member of the Church. I am a retired soldier, disabled veteran. I had an accident that broke my hip and rendered me crippled for the past 2 years because the first surgery didn’t work out. I was going through a dark period for the past two years. I got desperate enough to finally attend a 0900 Sunday Mass at the main post chapel on Fort Hood. Afterwards, I kept coming back. I felt at peace, like I belonged there, and kept coming back and everything started to get better for me. I received my sacraments last night and became a full fledged Catholic. The journey I took that led to this has gotten everything better for me. I wouldn’t trade the worst day of how I live now for the best of how I lived before. I ended up here on this site to meet a lady to chat and hang out with, with maybe more better after.
