I am creative and quite intelligent but not always sensible.I am gentle and easy going but do not suffer fools.I don`t like anyone who takes them self too seriously or has pretensions.I come from Somerset and am convent educated.I moved to London when I was 17 and trained as an actress. I spent many years living and working in London until I moved to France to set up a drama school. I have recently returned to England to be nearer to my elderly parents. My mother sadly died last month. I now live in West Dorset with my only son who is with me for part of each week. My faith is very important to me and have always hoped I would meet a like minded catholic man but the only catholic men I know are either priests or they are married! I love children and communicate with them very well. I have set up my own drama school here in Dorset. I love the English language and classical literature and ballet and music and all things of beauty. I am passionate about flowers and I can paint and sew and I am a very good cook and I ride a tricycle. However I don't think it necessary for a perfect partner to share ones exact interests (my son's father is a farmer but quite well read!). The person I would want to share some time with must be kind and creative and be at ease with himself- as I am with myself.I am interested in other people - different types of people - different cultures and different races. I am interested in fairness and justice and kindness and charity.

Cooking a huge meal for fiends and eating on the terrace at my french house. Fishing in Scotland or riding ponies in Connemara. Teaching my son how to do things I enjoy so that we can do them together.
